I watched this recently and late in the movie a couple of the topless pursuers are very briefly seen seated at a table in the Heaven scenes.

I just took a look at that scene and you are correct. I wonder if the "every sperm is sacred" kids in the background were on set at the same time as the helmet girls or if that was special effects. If they were on set, the boys probably got a nice eyeful.

Two of the women have been identified as Page 3 models of the era. In the images from the front, the girl in the blue helmet is Carole Anne Stevenson. Directly behind her in the red helmet is Helle Kjaer.

Them being Page 3 models explains a lot. I guess they are the equivalent of Playboy Playmates in Andy Sidaris' breast and bullets movies in the 80's, like Hard Ticket to Hawaii.
